PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENTS

Who can publish an advertisement? Both private individuals and traders can place ads.
How do I publish an advertisement? Register to provide us with your details and then log in. From the menu on the left, select the sub-category in which you would like to publish your advertisement (for example: Classic cars – Manufacturers – Fiat). The blue ResCollector function bar will appear at the bottom of the screen; next to the advertisements menu click on create here. Fill in all the fields and click on the publish button: your advertisement can now be seen all over the world!
How do I choose the category in which my advertisement will appear? To select the most suitable category, simple click on the heading that interests you in the menu on the left.
Who long does the advertisement stay online? The ad remains online for 6 months.
How much does it cost to publish an advertisement? All ads are published free of charge.
Is it necessary to register? It is essential to register if you wish to publish advertisements. This allows you to have a username and password with which to access your personal profile, where you can make use of the various features offered by the website.
How do I create my profile? Your personal profile is created automatically when you register. You can access your profile page with your username and password.
Is it possible to add a photo? Yes, the first three photos are free and you can publish advertisements complete with images. It is advisable to add photos, as this will draw more attention to your ad and provide a clearer picture of your item.
It is possible to change the photos/video after the advertisement has been published online? Yes, it is possible to change the photos that appear in a published ad.
How can I check, modify or delete my advertisement? To check your advertisement and make any necessary changes, simply go to your profile page where you will find a list of your published items. The published advertisement can be modified at any time by using the Modify button on the blue bar.
Will the advertisement be monitored? The website’s editorial staff monitor and regulate all published advertisements and have the right to act accordingly when the latter do not comply with the site’s regulations.

BROWSING/PUBLISHING

How can I get the advertiser’s contact details? You can purchase access to the advertisers’ contact details for an annual fee of 10 euros VAT included. Access is granted for a period of 365 days from the date of registration.
Does ResCollector take a percentage of the final price when an item is sold? No, ResCollector does not take a percentage; the transaction takes place directly between the seller and the buyer.
Does ResCollector offer any guarantee on my purchase? No, Rescollector offers no guarantees on purchases and transactions between buyer and seller.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

I have lost my username and/or password. How can I retrieve them? Use the RETRIEVE PASSWORD button and your password will be sent to your email address.
How can I cancel my account and registration? You can do so at any time by sending an email to account@rescollector.com and we’ll do the rest.
I’ve found an error on the site. What should I do? You can notify the editorial staff by writing to info@rescollector.com
